Here's a photo I really cherish of my older brother right after he was born
on 27 December 1943. Our mother, Mary Jane McLendon (13 May 1926 - 9 March 1982),
is holding him; Daddy, Warren Ashton Sedberry (16 Dec. 1921 - 24 July 1975),
is behind; Mother's father, Herbert Arthur McLendon (20 March 1898 - 9 March 1961),
stands behind his mother, Mary Sarah Rushton McLendon. How I miss my family,
even though we had so many struggles with one another! I thank our blessed creator
for every family connection, biological and otherwise.
